Kirtland Congregation Announcements – 5/27/2018

Starting on June 3, 2018, we are changing our worship time for the rest of the summer. Sunday morning worship will be starting at 10:30 am until further notice.

Please: Note:

– A new AA group will be meeting on Sunday evenings starting on June 3rd.                              – Keep in mind that our congregational picnic @ North Perry Park will be on August 12th.

June 2:  Pancake Breakfast 9am – 11am. Come to help out or to help eat.

June 2:  Joanne Gencarelli Memorial Service @ 2pm. Come to celebrate her life.

June 2:  Revitalizing Congregations – Where Spirit Meets Mission – A Disciple Development Event – 10am – 5pm @ Kirtland Visitor Center. An opportunity for individuals to come prepared to learn and engage in activities that will help us explore where Spirit meets mission. June 15-18:  Kirtland Strawberry Festival – Get ready to park cars as we raise money for the campership fund. More details to come.

June 18:  Book Club @ Ryhal’s home – 7pm. The book this month is The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry. A.J. Fikry’s life is not at all what he expected it to be. He lives alone, his bookstore is experiencing the worst sales in its history, and now his prized possession, a rare collection of Poe poems, has been stolen. But, when a mysterious package appears at the bookstore, its unexpected arrival gives Fikry the chance to make his life over — and see everything anew.
