Kirtland Congregation Announcements – 4/8/2018

April 18:  Join us for Whatever Wednesday at 6:30 pm. We will be working int he Community Garden. Bring a pair of work or garden gloves, some grubby clothes to work in, and some of your favorite tools you like to work with. We will be weeding each of our beds. Afterwards, we will enjoy some delicious DIRT CAKE – complete with worms in it!

April 21:  Reunion call in Day – This is for all those who are interested in attending EGLMC Family Reunion and would like a room in West Lodge, Cabins, or Central Lodge.

April 26:  Book Club @ Margaret Duhl’s Home – 7pm. The book this month is The Daughters of Ireland by Santa Montefiore. Deverill has burned to the ground. But young Celia Deverill is determined to see her ruined ancestral home restored to its form glory — to the years when Celia ran through its vast halls with her cousin, Kitty, and their childhood friend, Bridie Doyle. As these three daughters of Ireland seek to make their way in a world once again beset by dark forces, Santa Montefiore shows us once more why she is one of the best-loved storytellers at work today.

May 2:  Come and join us for Whatever Wednesday at 6:30 pm. We will be celebrating Cinco De Mayo early. We will be serving tacos and Mexican sundaes! This is a fundraiser for the youth scholarship fund. Please RSVP with Nancy Cervi or Melanie Ryhal so we can plan and buy accordingly.
